Bishop John Jackson, D.D., is a distinguished leader in both the spiritual and secular realms, with over 40 years of dedicated ministry and civic experience and more than 15 years of expertise in banking. His multifaceted career reflects a profound commitment to service, leadership, and community development.

As a seasoned pastor and board-certified chaplain, Bishop Jackson has shepherded congregations with compassion and wisdom. He holds a MRE in Religious Education and an earned Doctor of Divinity, which enabled him to serve as a Bible College/Seminary professor, imparting theological knowledge to aspiring leaders. In his role as an overseer and state director of pastors, he has guided churches and church leaders across the region, advocating for their growth and spiritual health. His tenure as Southeastern Regional Bishop covering five states including a bible college and seminary exemplifies his ability to lead diverse congregations toward unity in purpose and mission.  Bishops in community development granted him an opportunity to hold the position of Director of Site Operations for respite care at a free medical clinic.  His involvements also include but not limited to: Area liaison for the American Red Cross (spiritual care, logistics and disaster), Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers & Sisters, United Way, and the Chamber of Commerce.  

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bishop John Jackson is deeply rooted in family values; he is married with three adult children who share his passion for service and leadership. He takes immense joy in being a grandfather to ten grandchildren, nurturing future generations with love and guidance.
